All students attending St Louis de Montfort's Aspendale have the right to feel safe. The care, safety and wellbeing of children and young people is a fundamental responsibility of all within our school.
Good afternoon families,
What a lovely week we have had this week. Lots of activities happening and the students are enjoying the lead up to Science Week. A friendly reminder we have our School Closure Day Friday 18th August.
Parish Feast Day
On Tuesday we celebrated Mary McKillop Feast Day with liturgies and mass The students had sushi as a special lunch. Many thanks to Lisa for organising the students' sushi and the parent helper who volunteered to help.
Confirmation Reflection Day
Year 6's went into the city to participate in their Reflection Day for their Confirmation. It was wonderful to have a tour of St Patrick's Cathedral by Senor Antonio. The students went to the Mary MacKillop Centre and Mary Glowery Heritage Centre and learnt so much about these wonderful Australian women.
Year 5's Legally Blonde
Year 5's visited Kilbreda and watch their school production of Legally Blonde, they all loved the performance.
Year 3 Reflection Day
On Thursday the Year 3's had their Reconciliation Journey Mass and their Reflection day in preparation of receiving their receiving of the sacrament of Reconciliation. A special thank you to Marylene Douglas and the Year 3 teachers for all their hard work.
T-Ball
Good luck to our Yr 6 girl's T-ball team who play Monday in the T-Ball Southern Metro Finals.
Tram Cafe
