- Students must be at School at least 30 minutes prior to the commencement of their exam. If students arrive too late for an exam, they will not be able to sit the exam.
- Don’t forget:All mobile phones are to be switched off and are not allowed in the exam room under any circumstances. Students may leave their phones at Reception for safe keeping until after the exam.
- School uniform is to be worn during the exam.
-Students are expected to stay until the end of each exam.
Head Lice
The School would like to remind parents to stay vigilant with checking and treating their child/children's hair.
For more information on the treatment of head lice please go to:
https://www.betterhealth.vic.gov.au/health/conditionsandtreatments/head-lice-nits
As per the Public Health and Wellbeing Regulations 2009, children with untreated head lice are not permitted to attend School. However, once treatment has started, students may attend, even if there are still some eggs present.
Students Withdrawing in 2018
Parents are reminded that should your circumstances have changed and your child is not returning to BHCS in 2018, the School requires one term’s notice in writing. Failure to provide this notice will result in one term’s fees being charged in lieu of this notice.
As Term 4 has now begun, written notice should have already been given to Reception. If you have not yet provided this, please do so without delay.
New Caledonia Trip 2018
Parents and Guardians of students who are planning to join our BHCS trip to New Caledonia in 2018 are advised to make their deposit of $300 by the end of October at Reception to secure their place.
Numbers of the interested students will be assessed as to whether the trip can go ahead and the School will notify the outcome once confirmed.
