2024 Foundation Enrolments CLOSING soon!
Reminder:
Enrolment Applications for Foundation 2024 MUST be submitted by Friday 28 July 2023
A reminder that in accordance with the Department of Education state-wide Foundation (Prep) enrolment timeline, ALL Enrolment Forms and Application to Enrol in a Victorian Government School Forms for students seeking a place in Foundation 2024 MUST be submitted by Friday 28th July, 2023.
If you are yet to submit a form for your child, forms are available for collection from the school office or we can email you one.
What you need to do:
- Download the Foundation (Prep) enrolment information pack (attached below) or click on Enrolling in Foundation (Prep) to learn more about the enrolment application process. Hard copies are also available from the school office.
- Students residing within our school zone and those with a sibling already enrolled at Billanook Primary School are guaranteed a place at our school. Please contact the school and we will provide you with a copy of the new enrolment form to complete. If you live outsideof our school zone and do not have a child already enrolled, but would like to apply for a place for your child in 2024, you will need to complete an Application to Enrol in a Victorian Government School Form. If you are unsure as to whether your address is located within our school zone, please go to findmyschool.vic.gov.au.
- Submit the enrolment application for Foundation (Prep) by Friday 28 July 2023.
- You will be notified of the outcome of your application by Friday 11 August 2023. If you receive an enrolment offer, you should contact our school to accept the offer and complete an enrolment form by Friday 25 August 2023.
- Take part in enrolment information and transition sessions during Term 4, 2023.
- Your child will start Foundation (Prep) from Tuesday 30 January 2024.
