Gravel Car Park availability – beginning Monday 19 June

Neo Construct, who are building our new building have requested the use of our gravel car park from Monday 19 June.  This is due to them being concerned about their staff car parking and the storage of their large machines and trucks.  We have obviously expressed concerns about this as we already have limited car parking space, particularly in the afternoons. 

We have come to an agreement with them to trial a ‘sharing’ of the car park space.  Neo Construct will have the half of the car park that is closest to Sheffield Road.  We will have the half of the car park that is closest to the school. 

Our section of the car park will solely be used as a drop off and pick up area.  There will be no parking available in our section of the gravel car park.  There may be car parking available on the Sheffield Road side, if Neo Construct vehicles have left for the day and there are no machines or trucks being stored.

Taruna Rise and parking at the hall

Taruna Rise will continue to be a no standing zone, and will be closely monitored by council . While we understand that a small number of parents pick their child up from our hall car park, this will no longer be possible as the flow of traffic down Taruna rise will have a negative impact on all cars exiting the school's pick up zones.
