Wellbeing Report

We are half way into a term that feels like it has been going on forever!
At the start of this terrible health crisis, the thought of how we were going to transition to online learning had us all panicked. Teachers, parents and of course students, were fearful of what was to come. It has been amazing to see how we have met this challenge. Although it hasn’t been perfect for all of us, the community rallied to make sure that the transition and continuation of the “new normal” was as seamless as it could be.
Now that we have it all worked out, in the coming weeks we will be transitioning back to school. Although I will miss wearing my slippers to 'class' (perhaps I shouldn’t have said that) I am really looking forward to seeing all the students again.
Upon our return, we understand there might be some overwhelmed, anxious or uncertain students. It will be another big transition. We in the Wellbeing Team will be working very hard to make sure that transition will also be seamless.
If you do have any concerns, please contact any of the Wellbeing team, Pastoral teachers or Heads of House.
Until then, let’s all continue to social distance and wash our hands!
