PRINCIPAL'S REPORT

Carly Avery

Dear Parents and Friends,

I would like to thank all of those parents, grandparents and friends who have been able to attend our end of year events over the last week. It has been wonderful embracing the opportunities to gather together.

A thank you to Jane Sartori for all her work in organising last Wednesday evenings celebration, and the teachers and students in preparing items. To our Year Five parents, Year Five students helpers, Mark Butters and Year Six students, a big shout out for coordinating Graduation last night. Markeeta Green and Father Mike for organising our Graduation and End of Year mass, and to Diana Rinaldi and our Foundation students for the nativity presentation.

It has been a very busy, joyful end to a jam-packed term. As we send home tired children tomorrow, I pray that you all have a safe and restful break with family.

A couple of reminders:

- Tomorrow, Thursday 16th December, is the last day for students, finishing at 3:15 pm.

Their Care will be running onsite care if required on Friday.

- Students will begin school, Monday 31st January 2022.

School Council

I would like to thank the School Council for their support, feedback, input and time throughout the year. I very much value the input from this group as we worked through the challenges of the year, and plan for renewed foci in 2022.

Library Books

Please hunt for library books so they can be returned for our stock take!  Many books still need to be returned.  We appreciate your prompt assistance with this.  We cannot remove Grade 6 students from our system until all books are returned.  Thank you
