Back to school!

The easing of restrictions and return to face-to-face learning this week has been fantastic for our students and staff  and we are thrilled to have everyone back at school.

The students have been so pleased to be back at school with their friends and there is a real buzz around the school!

Teachers have been working hard with completing Semester 1 Reports which will go live to families via COMPASS on Friday after 4.00pm.

Our final assembly for the term will be on Friday which will be streamed live at 2.50pm.

Playground Upgrade

Project 1 is now completed!

Sustainable Landscapes have done a SUPER job with this project. Students have flocked today to the new area and have enjoyed the large sandstone seats as well as places to sit on the synthy. This upgrade has been enabled by the hard work and commitment of our parent community, through fundraising over the past couple of years. Thank you to everyone who has supported fundraising at RMPS!

Look out for some new coloured line markings on our basketball and four square courts, AND A SURPRISE OR 2 …….COMING SOON!

Working Bee - Sunday 25th July from 9.30 to 11.30am

All families are invited to attend!

We are hoping for many hands on deck to assist with various jobs around the school. These include:

  • Preparing our old veggie garden for our Eco captains project: removing weeds, digging and raking
  • Raking the sandpit
  • Placing tan bark on playgrounds
  • Sweeping stones off the asphalt
  • Clean up of PFA supplies
  • Picking up rubbish and general sweeping

We will be asking families to bring some equipment from home, such as rakes and wheel barrows to assist with the clean-up!

Put it in your diaries now, we look forward to having many hands on deck to assist with his project.
