Buttermilk Pancakes

 

Ingredients

1 ½ cups Self-raising  flour

¼ cup sugar

1 ½ cups buttermilk

2 eggs

 

Method

In a large mixing bowl place all of the dry ingredients.

Separate egg whites into another clean bowl and whisk until soft peaks

Add yolks and buttermilk to the dry ingredients and slowly fold in the egg whites.

Cook in a frypan until ready.
