Hello again from our school captains

A message from your school captains before the Year 3-6 students return to school next week.

Library update

Last term, 923 books were borrowed by students in the weeks leading up to our holidays, and it is now time to see if you can find the remaining 851 which are still on loan. We will help students look in the classrooms but we ask that families please help their child(ren) to find these precious books at home! This week, our Prep, Year 1 and Year 2 students were able to come into our library and begin browsing, reading and borrowing again. How lovely for them at last! Our students have been very responsibly hand sanitising at the library door on the way in and out to help keep us all safe and healthy – well done to you all. Next week our Years 3, 4, 5 and 6 will be able to join them and we look forward to getting back into our returning, browsing and borrowing routine very soon. Please can all students remember their library bags to protect our books, particularly in this wet winter weather.

Uniform Shop

Although the shop itself is closed for counter sales until further notice, new and second-hand items are still available for purchase. If you are looking for any second hand items, please email the school office on beaumaris.ps@edumail.vic.gov.au with the size, type and quantity plus your name and best contact phone number. You will be contacted whether the items are available or not and you will be offered a place on the waiting list. All new items can be ordered as usual via Qkr! Please remember all shirts are a whole size smaller than standard, so please keep this in mind when ordering new shirts.
