Level 1 & 2 News

Welcome back Levels 1 and 2! 

We are so excited to be back and to see all of our students smiling faces this week! 

We have celebrated our return to school with having a different theme each day. On Terrific Tuesday we wore a fun hat, Wacky Wednesday we wore odd socks and Fun Friday we wore fun hair. Our classrooms and corridors were filled with colourful decorations to surprise the students. 

On Tremendous Thursday we had our Teddy Bears Picnic bringing our favourite teddy or soft toy to school and enjoying eating lunch outside in the sunshine with our friends. 

On Wednesday we participated in the National Simultaneous Storytime with schools across the country. We watched Mrs Ellis read Whitney and Britney the Chicken Divas. We did various activities to celebrate this special event. 

In STEM we learnt about coding and creating maps using Beebots and Ozobots.

In Wellbeing we have been working on our mindfulness and identifying when we are proud of ourselves.
