Outside School Hours Care

Our OSHC service has resumed. To make a booking, please follow the booking procedures outlined below. 

 

Booking Procedure

The first step if you haven't already done so, is to complete an OSHC Enrolment Form available from our school website and return it to the office. We can then link you to the My Lounge service. All casual bookings and cancellations need to be made via the online booking tool. Bookings will no longer be taken through the school office.

 

Casual Bookings

Please use the Qikkids website or the My Family Lounge App.

Permanent Bookings

Please email  your booking details to oshc@teesps.org 

 

Cancellations

Due to the higher number of bookings, cancellation fees will apply if you do not cancel your booking. Particularly on days where we are near or at capacity, if we don't receive notification of a cancellation, this prevents others from using the service. Please remember to cancel when you don't require the service to avoid being charged. You can cancel either by email, text, or via the My Family Lounge app.

 

Morning bookings must be cancelled before 7:30am on Qikkids or by text to our mobile and afternoons by 2:30pm. 

 

Effective from 1 March, cancellation fees will apply  if you do not cancel by the above times. If your child is absent from school for any reason, please also cancel your OSHC booking.
