Health and Physical Education

While some of you are preparing to return to school for face-to-face classes, a lot of you will still be learning from home. Either way, it is important that all of you are looking after your physical and mental health and wellbeing.

Remember to try to be active each day. That might include taking the dog for a walk or maybe something more intense, like a full body workout involving lunges, burpees, push-ups, squats and sit-ups. Alternatively, it might be something that helps you relax, like a yoga session. Try to mix up what you are doing and remember to try to have some fun with it.

If you are missing your regular sport training sessions and games, as I am sure many of you are, you may like to try a session at home that is specific to your sport. The netball cards attached, give instructions for a range of different activities for both netball skills and fitness. You can complete these at home with minimal equipment and while practicing social distancing.
