Great Success! - SSV Swimming Division Round

It is with great pride that we announce the outstanding performance of our school's swim team at the SSV Keilor Division Championships last week Friday March 17. Our team swam their hearts out, and as a result, we had many first and second-place finishers. We would like to congratulate all of our swimmers who competed in their events. The spirit of teamwork and sportsmanship was on full display, and it was evident that our team had put in a tremendous amount of effort to reach this level. We are excited to announce that two of our swimmers, Cameron R and Ciara M, have qualified for the Regional Finals in Geelong. We wish them the best of luck in their upcoming races and know that they will represent our school with the utmost pride and determination.

To our school coaches Miss Lee and Miss McInerney, we thank you for your support of our swim team. We could not have achieved this level of success without your unwavering support and encouragement. We hope that our swim team's achievement inspires more students to join the team next year and work towards achieving their goals in the pool.

Congratulations - SSV Swimming Western Regional Championships

Congratulations to both Cameron and Ciara for competing at this year's Western Regional Championships for Swimming at Kardinia park. A great opportunity and experience for both these young athletes.  This term in particular, we want to take a moment to recognize one of the most talented interschool sport swimmers we have seen in recent years - Ciara.

Throughout her high school years, Ciara has proven to be a true champion in the swimming pool, leaving behind a legacy of excellence that will be remembered for years to come.

Throughout her high school years, both Ciara (including her sister Alicia) continued to impress everyone with their swimming skills, setting new records and achieving new milestones for the school. She was a true leader on her team, inspiring her fellow swimmers to push themselves to new heights and setting an example for them to follow. Ciara's achievements in interschool sport swimming are truly impressive. Over the years, she has won numerous championships and achieved a plethora of medals, cementing her status as one of the most talented swimmers at TLSC. Her commitment to the sport and her dedication to her team have been an inspiration to all who have had the pleasure of working with her.

As Ciara prepares to move on from high school and embark on the next chapter of her life, we want to take a moment to honour her incredible achievements in interschool sport swimming. We have no doubt that she will continue to achieve great things in the years to come, and we wish her all the best in her future endeavours.  Congratulations, Ciara, on a truly outstanding high school career in interschool sport swimming. Your hard work, dedication, and talent have made you a true champion, and we are honoured to have been able to witness your journey.
