Hands on Learning

HoL @ TLSC is up and running again this year. HoL will run all day Thursdays and we have 8 students in the program. HoL operates out of the HoL shed located near the big blue bin in the teachers carpark.

On the 26th April 2023, in hands on learning…

We started our day off with Pelin, Jess and Kaiden checking and feeding the fish in the pond.

Sarah checked the recycling bins and Noah and Frank checked the café. 

After recess Kaiden, Frank and Noah worked with Ian to make storage boxes for them to take home. 

Mon and Pelin, Jess and Sarah all worked together to work out the length of the gardens beds so they can mark where they are going to put them in the garden and to help make the right sized garden bed. After that they began building the new garden bed.
