Assistant Principal Report

College Open Day 2023- Wednesday 29 March 

Our College Open Day will take place on Wednesday 29 March 2023 and is a wonderful opportunity to showcase our College. This year the College will enact a Flexible Learning day. This will mean that students will learn remotely on this day. Teachers will post work to Compass and Canvas and girls will engage in their learning from home. 

Student Volunteers for Open Day 

Open Day is an excellent opportunity for students in all year groups to develop their communication and leadership skills as they proudly exhibit the amazing aspects of our College. Students will have the opportunity to assist with KLA displays or as College Tour guides. 

All students who will be assisting to showcase our beautiful College, will be required to be in attendance at the College no later than 12:15 pm. Students may volunteer as tour guides for either one or two sessions on the day. 

• Session One 12:30 pm - 3:30 pm
• Session Two 4:00 pm - 6:30 pm 

Open Day will conclude promptly at 6:30 pm, at which point students are responsible for their own transport home.

Students are expected to be immaculately dressed in full school uniform including the College blazer. We would ask that all girls be present with clean shoes and their hair tied back with a green ribbon. 

We greatly appreciate your support of your daughters to assist in our 2023 College Open Day.

Parent-Teacher Conferences - Week 10 

Please note that there will be two early dismissal days during this week to accommodate our Parent/ Teacher Conferences. On both Tuesday 4 April and Wednesday 5 April girls will be dismissed at 1:35 pm. 

Tuesday 4 April

Parent Teacher Conferences Years 7-9 

3:00 pm to 6:30 pm via Zoom 

Periods 1- 4 as per normal timetabled lessons 

Early Dismissal 1:35 pm 

Wednesday 5 April

Parent Teacher Conferences Years 10-11 

3:00 pm to 6:30 pm

Periods 1- 4 as per normal timetabled lessons 

Early Dismissal 1:35 pm 

Please refer to the COMPASS portal to make bookings with your daughter's teachers. Please also note that the conferences will be held via zoom. A shared document with a link to each teacher’s zoom meeting will be shared with you closer to the date. 

Please note that school ends for Term 1 at the conclusion of Sport on Thursday 6 April 2023. 

School resumes for Term 2 on Wednesday 26 April 2023.
