Dear Families, 

UNIFORMS 

On cooler mornings during Winter, many students wear beanies, scarves and extra jackets. While we understand that these help keep students warm, at other times of the day, including recess and lunch, students are requested to only wear school hats etc during play time. It is preferred that any beanies or scarves are navy blue only.

If you require a copy of our uniform policy, please contact the office. 

ATTENDANCE - LATE ARRIVALS

Students who arrive after official start times each day are marked as 'late'. Last week's semester 1 reports  indicated how many late arrivals or early departures your child would have had so far this year as 'partial attendance'. We encourage students to be at school by the time the morning bell goes at 8.47am. Students who are continually late miss out on many morning routines in classrooms, which set students up for a successful day of learning. The following brochure has some helpful ideas if your child finds it difficult to get to school on time each day.

PARENT TEACHER INTERVIEWS

A big thank you to our teachers who have been speaking with you this week in parent teacher interviews. These are important meetings where learning and social goals are set for the second semester. It is hoped these meetings have been a positive experience that assists parents and teachers to work collaboratively to ensure student progress. 

TERM 3 REMINDER

School resumes for Term 3 on Tuesday 18th July.
