What I love about tennis and how I have improved with my tennis skills.

Diaz - What I love about tennis is that we play lots of fun games. We play matches, such as boys vs girls. We learn new tricks and the teachers/coaches are fun and nice. I have improved in mini rallys, in singles and with my back hand shots.

Sophia - I love tennis because of all the fun games we play and the matches we do. I think tennis has helped me improve my wrist movements and helped me get a bit more collaborative with others. I also really like the coaches because they really help me figure out how to build my tennis skills.

Michael - I love tennis because we learn to improve our forehand and backhand shots, serves, smashes and volley shots. I have improved with my serves, backhand and volley shots and with my singlesmatches.  

Tristan - I love tennis because we get to do matches and I have improved with controlling the ball.

Arianna - I love tennis because the coaches are fun. I have improved on my forehand and my backhand shots. The coaches teach you how to play tennis in a really fun way! Also they have spare tennis rackets if you forget to bring one or dont have one! We get to play doubles and singles matches which is fun and we also get to do the greatest ball games with my classmates.

Asher - I love tennis because of all the games we play and the matches we do together are really fun. I also like playing boys vs girls, that's why I like tennis.

Austin - I love tennis because we get to train and learn new things.

Also I like tennis because everybody gets to play fun games.

I think tennis is a good game and everybody in the world should play it.

Matthew - I love tennis backhand shots and the game boys vs girls. I love running around the court with my classmates and I love best of all the game jailbreak - you get to catch the tennis balls.       

Mikail - I love tennis because I like ball sports and running around. Thegame of tennis is fun. I love the game boys vs girls. I have improved with my backhand shots and now I can hit the slice shot. Also, I love learning new tricks to play tennis better.

Evelyn - I love tennis because the games and matches are really intense. I have improved on my backhand shots.

Lennix - I love tennis because the games are fun and the matches are fun with boys against girls.  I have improved my backhand and now I can hit the backhand shot high. I also like how the coaches show you how to do cool tricks and other cool stuff related to tennis. They also help you so if you forget your racket they have spare ones you can use. I also learned about mini rallies too. 

Mira - I love tennis because we do lots of fun things with all of my friends like ‘Simon Says’ and running around the court. I have improved on all of my different hits like backhand, forehand and volley shots. 

Poppy - I love tennis because I can play with all my friend’s and we also play games which are fun. I have improved with my backhand and forehand shots and I have also learned to play mini rallies.    

Renee - I love tennis because we learn lots of useful tennis skills. We also play lots of fun games like matches against each other and rallies. I have improved on my forehand and backhand shots.  

Elliott - I love tennis because it is fun and it makes you fit. My mum played tennis so that is why I like tennis too. There are fun games you can play like, ‘Jailbreak’

and when we get to try and roll the ball onto the base line. Tennis is also great because you get to play with your friends. I have improved my backhand shots and controlling the ball and I have leant how to play mini rally tennis games.

Sam - I love tennis because coaches are really nice and I've improved a lot. I’ve improved with forehand, backhand and volley shots. Also, the matches we have been playing are lots of fun to play with your classmates. Also, my mum played tennis too and she won a lot of games and championships. I think she was on tv a couple times for tennis and for basketball she was on tv alot and still is on tv. 

Susie - I love tennis because I like playing boys versus girls matches. I also am very fit because of it. The coaches are friendly and helpful.

Aria - I like playing tennis because we get to play games and the matches that are really hard. I have improved with my backhand and volley shots.

Bridget - I love tennis because I like playing the games and doing forehand shots and I have gotten much better at backhand shots too. Doing doubles is very fun and the coaches are kind and fun too.

Armin - I love tennis because there’s so many fun games and fun activities to do. Tennis is so much fun - I love tennis especially because I have improved with my forehand and backhand shots.

Liesel - I love tennis because it is so much fun.  I like tennis because I did not play tennis at the beginning of the year, but now, I take tennis lessons. Also I am better at my forehand shots than my backhand shots. Did you know that? 

 Felix - I like tennis because I like the game ‘Red Light’ and ‘Green Light’.

I have improved with my behavior through tennis too.  

Wonder Recycling. 

UPDATE: We are now collecting bread tags as well. See the new box in the office foyer.

Hi everyone :) 

This term we are doing the Wonder Recycling program. You need to bring in your empty bread bags (from any brand) and put them in the special boxes in the office.  These then go and get recycled to be made into other things.

If we get 5 kg of bags, we will get sports equipment for our school to use.

Please bring as many as you can and also get your family and friends to help. This is great for our environment!!
