Cyber Safety Project

What a terrific opportunity we had as a school last week to take part in the fantastic incursion run by the team at the Cyber Safety Project! The amazing Trent and Jaz were here with us for 2 full days, running invaluable interactive workshops with our students from Foundation to Level 6. The hour-long sessions covered a great variety of topics and were a wonderful opportunity for students to be equipped with skills and information to help them use devices safely, as well as browse and play online in responsible and respectful ways.

Staff also had the terrific opportunity to work with Trent and Jaz, upskilling our knowledge of the different applications students may be using at home and the ways we can assist our students to be safe in online spaces. We look forward to continuing lessons from the Cyber Safety Project in our classrooms as the year continues.
