Seeking Donations for Cricket Without Boundaries

Michelle, Alex and Emily from 10 Millward have co-ordinated a collection from Millward House of new and used stationery items for "Cricket Without Boundaries". 

If any other Girton student or family would like to contribute materials when we return, there is a donation box on the Careers counter in the Naunton Family Building.

Items that can be donated are used pencils/crayons/exercise books that have been written in etc.  Cricket Without Boundaries will then rip out pages/sharpen pencils/ test pens/ clean items and so on and then send them off to countries where children have very few of these "Luxuries"

Collections will be boxed up and forwarded mid Term 4.

We wish to thank the students who have already donated so many items and encourage others to have a clean up at home and bring along absolutely any items of stationery.

Absentees

A friendly reminder to parents that during lockdown, student attendance is taken during House Tutor, period 1 and again during Period 5 in Senior School and during Period 1 in Junior School.

If parents are aware that their child will not be participating in online classes, for any reason and at any time during the day, could you please advise Absentees to avoid receiving SMS messages and follow up telephone calls.
