'There is no I in TEAM'

Dear Parents and families,

I can't thank you enough for being part of our amazing community and joining us in the rollercoaster ride of 2022. What a ride it has been! Thanks for your smiles and interactions everyday and for trusting us with your most precious possessions, your children. We are so blessed and grateful to do what we do. When people have thanked me this week, I have said 'Its my absolute pleasure, I love what I do and it's my job!' Aren't we so lucky to work at Sacred Heart?

I can't finish the year without thanking Simon Collis for an incredible first year together. It has been a wonderful ride having you as our new Principal in 2022. We have learnt so much from you and the gradual changes around the school have been so warmly welcomed by staff, parents and students alike.  We are aligning curriculum areas and creating a rhythm and flow throughout our school. Simon, everyday I want to come to work under your leadership, ready to embrace whatever comes our way and we've had a many laughs along the way.

I'd also like to  thank all the staff for their professionalism and commitment to the students in their care. They have done an amazing  job in keeping on top of a full on school year when we are finally 'back to everything'.

I wish all our families, students (especially our departing year 6's) and our staff a wonderful well deserved holiday. We look forward to welcoming you all back in 2023 where we continue this journey together.

May the love and peace of Christmas be with you all at this special time of year.

All my love and blessings.
