Dear Parents,

You should have received your A4 flyers to put on your fence or ask your local business to advertise in their window for you. Start spreading the word so we can have a record attendance this year.

Next week you will receive a Caremonkey email to prompt you to volunteer an hour or more to help run all the activities for the market. You can offer your help for any area but we are allocating classes for each station so you can signup with some of your friends so start chatting and coordinate your shifts. 

• Prep - Front Gate
• Grade 1 - Snow Cones/Ice creams
• Grade 2 - BBQ and Market Set up
• Grade 3 - Bar and Market Set up
• Grade 4 - BBQ / Fairy Floss
• Grade 5 - Bar and Market Pack up
• Grade 6 - DIm Sim stand and Pack up

Extra areas to volunteer - Letter box drop in surrounding area.

To try and keep costs down we are also looking for a volunteer  with a big car to pick up the snow cones/fairy floss machine on Friday 22nd and return on the Monday - let us know if you can help.
