Flour House Excursion

The Year 12 Business Management students enjoyed a wonderful walk to the Flour House in Highett to have a tour and a Q and A session with the owner/manager of the business, Damien. The students made many real-world connections for Business Management, were the students saw firsthand, the ways businesses use technology and planning to become more efficient. 

The students also enjoyed some of The Flour House's wonderful croissants where they had an opportunity to talk with Damien and to ask questions about his business. The students really enjoyed the walk, the food and the knowledge they gained through the excursion and is something they will use heading into their Operations SAC in the coming weeks.
