Semester 1 Reports

The Semester 1 Reports will be published to the Community Portal at the end of the day on Tuesday 25 June. Parents and guardians will be emailed once the reports are available for viewing, with instructions on how to access them. Please note that you will need your Aitken parent login details to access the reports. Please contact itsupport@aitkencollege.edu.au if you have misplaced your login details.

 

The Semester 1 Report will provide you with summary information about your child’s achievement and attitudes to learning in each of their subjects, along with a Homeroom teacher’s comment. The report is designed to be read in conjunction with the continuous feedback provided to parents and students via My Aitken.

 

Students have completed many end of semester assignments, tests and exams in recent days, so you can expect to see many new pieces of assessment feedback published on My Aitken. Please try to take some time to look over them so that you are well informed about what your children are learning and how they could be trying to improve in future tasks.

Term 3 Parent Teacher Interviews

Our next round of Parent Teacher Interviews will be held on Tuesday 6 August between 3.30pm and 6.00pm, and on Thursday 15 August between 3.30pm and 8.00pm, which will provide an opportunity for you to discuss your child’s progress with his or her teachers. Please try to keep at least one of these evenings free so that you can attend.

 

We expect to be able to open the bookings at 4.00pm on Monday 29 July. Information about booking Parent Teacher Interview times will be emailed to all parents early in Term 3.
