Parents should always make contact with the Office first when visiting the school or trying to make contact with their children.

Appointments with teachers must be made via telephone or email them directly.

CLASSROOM FRIENDSHIP LISTS

The year level Friendship lists have been sent home tonight with every child.  Please check school bags for these flyers.

Please remember do not share these documents with people outside of the school community and use the list for direct school communication purposes only.

STUDENT ABSENCE

If a student is absent, the following is school policy: 

• When a student is absent, a parent is requested to EITHER email the child's teacher or phone the office by 9:30am, who will then advise the teacher.  2018 Staff Contact List
• On returning to school after a period of absence, the student is to bring a written note from the parents, to school.
• When a student is absent for more than two consecutive days with no communication from home, the class teacher will contact the parents to clarify the reason for absences.
• Students who are regularly absent from school may need to have a meeting with the Principal / Deputy Principal to explain absences.
