NEW - 2020 FETE Information

This will be held on Friday 13th March 2020,  4.30pm to 7.30pm on the school oval.

Some exciting things we have in store for this years fete:

  • Sumo wrestling is back
  • 10 plus independent stalls
  • Lots of amazing raffle prizes
  • New games and activities
  • Choc coin toss
  • Camel rides

Fete raffle tickets will be handed out over the next week for our upcoming Fete. We have a large list of prizes to date, with more to come.

We ask for families support in selling these tickets and have them returned by the 12th March for a chance to win one of these great prizes.  Tickets will also be available to purchase on the night.

Parents will receive a note this week for donations to our Parents & Friends run stalls, cake stall, spider stall and choc toss. Your donations will be a great assistance in helping make these stalls successful.

NEW - Fete Volunteers

To help ensure some of our stalls run smoothly, we are calling for families to assist with some time in helping on a stall.  A volunteer note has been sent home through SiMON detailing stalls and times.  Please complete the relevant sections to help run the stalls for our students to enjoy. 

A form is also attached.  Tasks, times and stalls are listed on this form. 

Please fill in relevant information and return to the school by Friday 28th February.

NEW - Fete Guessing Jar

We have a Lollie Guessing Jar as one of our Fete activities.  The jar is located in the office for students & families to guess how many lollies are in it.  The guess closest to the correct number will win the jar.  

$1 per guess

NEW - Annual General Meeting

Our AGM will be held following our Bi-Annual Fete, with the date to be confirmed.  

We would love to see some new faces join us to help with new ideas to provide social events for our students and families and fundraising opportunities to assist with providing those little extras for all our students here at St Mary's. 

We are a small group of parents who love to see the enjoyment our events and activities and funds raised, bring to our children, but as we are all busy working parents, we really do need some extra help to come on board to help and support our wonderful Parents & Friends Association.
