Swim Sports
Edenhope College Swim Sports took place on Monday February 24. Students got into the spirit by coming to school in their house colours and some interesting attire!
Several new records were set at the 2020 event - for more details of new record holders see below. Age group champions and the winning house will be announced at an assembly on Friday (March 6).
Thanks to all the staff and student helpers, who assisted in making the day run so smoothly. Also thanks to Nikki & Mat Hollis at the Edenhope Swimming Pool and the Parents and Friends Association. Congratulations also, to all those students who participated - a great effort!
Splash Carnival
This year, for the first time, the Splash Carnival for the Foundation, Year 1 and 2 students took place after the Swimming Sports. I think it's safe to say the students had lots of fun!
At the Splash Carnival, there were people racing in the pool. When it was my turn, I did a lap from the deep end. We did a noodle race and I had a delicious hotdog and soda. We didn't get time for the rope race. We had the tube race. The whole school was there and parents. We watched the big kids at lunch. It was so much fun. It was the best day of my life and Wallace won. Bridie Hartas, Year 2
