Zone Swimming

On Tuesday 6th March, 29 students represented our school at the TLPSSA Zone Swimming Carnival. Although our swimmers gave it their best, none were able to gain selection for the Sydney North Championships.

Swimming Awards Assembly

At our next Primary assembly, all our School Swimming carnival ribbons will be presented. This will take place on Wednesday 3rd April from 2:05pm. Parents are welcome to attend. There will also be new special awards presented for our record breakers!

Sydney North Trials

Over the past few weeks we have had more of our students trial for Tuggerah Lakes and Sydney North representative sporting teams.

Rugby League: Luke S., Covelle J., Joshua M., Kade W., Zane W., Logan L, Charlie M.,

Sydney North Tennis: Tegan M.

All students listed above participated to the best of their ability, however none of our students were selected in their respective teams. It is worth mentioning that Tegan M. participated in the Sydney North Tennis trials and finished 3rd best female player. Unfortunately, the Sydney North team only consists of two female players leaving Tegan as first reserve. If a player pulls out, Tegan will have the opportunity to play at the NSW State Tennis Championships. Well done Tegan.

There are also several more trials and competitions that will be taking place in the next few weeks. We have students off to Tuggerah Lakes Netball trials, Liam S. attending the combined Wallarah and Tuggerah Lakes Soccer trials, selections trials for the school Netball team and the Boys Rugby League playing in the Central Coast Wyong Cup. We will also be conducting trials for both our boys and girls open soccer teams in the last week of this term. I’m tired just reading it! Watch this space for information and results.
