St Mary's Youth Mass  

All high school aged students in our parish are invited to celebrate their faith and friendship at St Mary's Thornbury's 2nd Youth Mass and gathering on Saturday June 1st at 5:30pm.  Mass will be followed by music and activities in the school hall.  Come along and have fun celebrating our faith.  If you have any questions or quieries do not hesitate to contact Jarrod Mullavey or Fr Shabin.

The Mother's Day breakfast was a huge success. Thank you to Kaleen, Hannah, Rebekah and Charmaine for the amazing effort they put in, and for the beautiful breakfast they put on for all the Mum's and Grandmothers. Even though it was not a fundraising event, they still managed to make a profit of ... (can you check this figure with Margaret please).

The St Mary's Fete organisation is well underway. Each week from now until the fete, we will be putting out call-outs to families to bring in donations for various stall. Keep your eye out for these. The class that brings in the most donations overall will receive a great prize. This week we are asking for books, vintage clothes, jars and pots. Send in your donations from Wednesday to Tuesday.

Don't forget to keep sourcing those silent auction items as well. Extra donation forms can be picked up at the office.
