Performing Arts 

This Term in Performing Arts we are learning about  PERCUSSION. 

Students have been very excited to learn to play their instruments as a whole class band. 

With much crashing and banging and shaking, students worked hard together to follow music charts and play along with a backing track.

They were extremely satisfied with the end result and very proud of what they achieved.

The focus of lessons has been the 4/4 time signature and the notation used to write music. They learnt the value of crotchets, quavers, minims and semibreves.
