Thank You

The Parents’ and Friends’ Committee would like to express their gratitude to the endless number of parents and carers that have assisted us over the past couple of weeks. Our gratitude does not just extend to those volunteers; we are also grateful we are fortunate enough to be part of such a wonderful and giving school community. 

Between Mother’s Day celebrations and the Supporters’ Day barbeque’s, Term 2 is off to a flying start!

We would like to wish a happy Mother’s Day to all mothers and carers within our community and hope you had an enjoyable weekend celebrating with your families.

We would like to take this opportunity to thank Ms Gillian Daley and Ms Ingrid Viney for organising such a beautiful Mass and Morning Tea in honour of celebrating mothers and grandmothers at the College.  It truly was a special and memorable day.

We also thank the parents, carers and grandparents involved in the wrapping of the roses on Thursday of last week. A special mention to Belinda Barakat, Lina Bartorilla, Alison Auland, Sandra Sollazzo, Irene Iamrock, Caroline Matulic, Loric Cook (Grandmother to Antonio and Dominic Matulic), Vicki Dening, Victoria Khoury, Theodora Gregory, Rebecca Hay, John Angelakis, Gabriela Costa, Monica Davis and Thouraia Bouantoun. The Parents and Friends were honoured to be part of such a wonderful and longstanding tradition.  

On a final note, many thanks to all the parents, carers and students who gave their time generously to assist with the Year 8 Supporters’ Day barbeque on Saturday.  All will agree it was an enjoyable day and we could not have done it without the volunteers. Please consider volunteering for a future Supporters’ Day barbeque and witness the spirit of the St Patrick’s College community in full swing!
