PRAYER

A Prayer for Priestly Vocations

O Lord, my God, You renew the Church in every age by raising up priests in holiness, living witnesses of Your unchanging Love. In Your plan for our salvation You provide shepherds for Your people. Fill the hearts of young men and women with the spirit of courage and love that they may answer Your call generously. Give parents the grace to encourage vocations in their family by prayer and good example. May many young men and women choose to serve You by devoting themselves to the service of Your people.  Amen

FATHERS' DAY

As a school community on Friday 31st August we will be celebrating Fathers' Day with our annual Fathers' Day breakfast and Fathers' Day Liturgy. The breakfast will begin at 7.30am and a Liturgy will follow in the School Auditorium commencing at 9.00am. We warmly welcome our dads, granddads, pops and families to join us for this celebration. It is also Flanno Friday to support those impacted by the drought.

We pray for...

for all young men and women that some may hear the call of vocation, for Hannah (Mrs Matheson) and Dylan on the safe arrival of their precious baby girl Kennedy Rose, for the Manning (Charli and Miles) and Lloyd (Audrey and Ivy) families on the sad passing of their great grandmother, all students preparing for the Sacrament of Confirmation, for our Year 12 students entering the final months of their high school education.  We wish them all the very best as they study for their HSC exams and for all our farming families.

Assumption Mass

Yesterday primary students and staff attended Mass to celebrate the Feast of the Assumption. Thank you to Fr Raj for presiding over the Mass and to the students and staff for their reverence and participation . A special thank you also to Mrs McGuirk, Mr Camden and the Year 3 students for leading the singing.

FAMILY MASS

Our next Family Mass will be held on Sunday 9th September at 9.30am. Everyone is invited to attend! (Yr 1 and Yr 5 will be hosting).
