ACC Sport & House News

ACC Swimming

This coming Thursday evening will see the running of the ACC Swimming Carnival for 2020. The boys have been training very hard under the guidance of Mr Kevin Nguyen and Mr Pearson. On Monday, 17th students participated in the Whitefriars Invitational at Doncaster with great success and we are anticipating another strong performance by our squad. We would like to extend our congratulations to Ned Charlton and Lance de Vera who were announced at Swim Captains for the Carnival. Both students have been great examples to the squad with their dedication to training and the team over 6 years.

The carnival begins at 5pm at MSAC, Albert Park and should conclude at around 9pm. Students will be taken into MSAC by bus and returned if they are not being picked up directly from the venue. Students will be leaving the College in the afternoon.

We have one week of training left with an important session on Monday afternoon where we will get our final chance to time students for spots in the team in the 50m pool at MARC. Our last session will be the Wednesday morning at Monash Uni at 7am.
