Volunteer Thank You Evening

As a token of appreciation for your support of the Marist College Ashgrove Community in 2022, all those who have volunteered their time through the P&F, Sports Canteen and Tuckshop are invited to attend the Volunteers Thank You Evening.

Marist Card and Games Day 

The P&F will be hosting our next Marist Card and Games Day on Wednesday 19 October. As the last one for 2022, it is Christmas themed!

If you can assist with sweet or savoury baked goods (we have a warming oven), they can be dropped off at the Cyprian Pavilion from 8:00am (or sent in with your son). Please either pre‑cut items or ensure that they can be cut into bitesize pieces.

Volunteers for the day are needed for the following sessions:

8:00am – 10:30am – setup and serve morning tea

11:30am – 1:30pm – setup and serve lunch

2:00pm – 2:30pm – final clean-up and pack down

Volunteers are most welcome to assist for all or part of the day. 

We also conduct a raffle for which items are sought from parents or businesses (e.g. movie tickets, wine, coffee, chocolates, nice-smelling things, vouchers, etc.). They can be sent to Student Administration in the week leading up to Card and Games Day.

Marist Mother's Christmas Lunch

We have had to delay the release of the tickets to the Marist Mother’s Christmas Lunch to 9:00am Thursday, 13 October, we apologise for the inconvenience. A Humanitix link will be sent via the College App.

Due to popular requests, individual tickets will be sold at $125.00 per person or $1,250.00 for a table of 10 which includes a two-course lunch and drinks package. Individual tickets will be sold with the option to nominate a year level, every effort will be made to seat year levels together.
