Cultivating Community

This term Grade 3/4 planted Yam daisy, a traditional Indigenous food plant, to mark NAIDOC week in our garden - this coincided with Pyjama day! They have also been busy harvesting veggies for tasting, the radishes were quite popular on a cracker with cheese.

Grade 1/2 also had a chance to visit the garden and enjoyed finding bugs in our garden habitat and getting to know the chickens.

Community Garden Stall

Continue to keep your eyes peeled for our Community Garden Stall. We are usually set up near the front entrance of the school. All proceeds go back into supporting our food garden!

Thank you to all that have shown their support and have purchased some of our produce.
