THREE BIN SYSTEM

The Enviro Group has committed to a trial of a three bin system to improve waste management at KSC. Environment Leader Abbey Nicholls completed a project last year that involved creating signage to encourage people to place the correct rubbish in the right bin. This signage has been used to implement a recycling, composting and general waste bin at KSC in a central location for staff and students to use. Students will monitor the waste in each bin for the period of the trial before deciding how they would like to proceed. A great effort from an aspirational group of students.
