Combined Catholic Schools Debutante Ball 2022
The first Ball for 2022 will be held on Friday 25 March. We are now calling on volunteers to help us out. It is always a really fun night. Please complete this form ASAP if you are able to help in anyway.

Welcome to all our new and returning families!
The P&F Association is an essential part of our schools and provides parents with opportunities to:
- Be involved in school activities.
- Be informed about and provide input into various parts of school
life.
- Have a say in the acquisition of equipment and resources aimed
at improving the educational environment for students,
educators and families.
- Be social, meet other parents and make new friends and
connections.
We are a warm, inclusive and social group of parents, so whether you are a new or existing parent we invite you to come along to our meetings and play a role in enriching your child's education which in turn, builds a wonderful school community.
Please like, share and invite new families and friends to our page as it is a great way to stay informed on upcoming events and meetings.

Where the funds go?
During the final P&F meeting for 2021, and it was our pleasure to be able to present $13,000 to both Jen Honner and Bern Feldman (Principal St Mary's College) to be used for our schools.
As we all know, 2020 and 2021 were not our ‘normal’ years due to COVID and unfortunately we were unable to hold as many fundraisers as we would have liked.
In 2020 we sold tickets for the Jolly Big Raffle but sadly the Year 11 girls missed out on making their Debut. Thankfully everything fell into place last year and we were lucky enough to be able to hold the Debutante Ball for those girls who were then in Year 12.
St. Xavier’s will use their donation for new chilled bubblers at the sports court and towards some equipment for the new play area which will be created on the Henry Street side of school.
St. Mary’s will be using their money towards a mini basketball court and new sports equipment.
