Football

On the 31st of July, 19 year 5s and 6s girls went to play football against other schools.

Mr Ru and Mrs L took us to play and represent St John Vianney’s.

Everyone had a lot of fun, we jumped up and down with excitement.

We won one out of six games. Nearly everyone’s favourite part was tackling and running. But my favourite part of the game was seeing the other opponents reaction of when they got tackled by the team and I.

We were also glad that the weather did not let us down.

Overall everyone did a good job and showed an interest in playing footy.

I am thankful that Mr Ru,Mr Hoare and Mrs L helped us to learn how to play football and have fun in the games.

I hope we can do this again someday!
