A Day of Blue

This Friday, October 30, will be A Day of Blue at Mount Carmel College.

Students are permitted to wear free dress on the day, but the only catch is that everything has to be BLUE....whether that is a blue wig, a blue top, blue socks and shoes....the "bluer" the better!

A Day of Blue has been organised by the Year 10 Leadership team, in particular the Wellbeing and Mission Leaders, in support of the charitable organisation Homely Retreats whose

"mission is to provide respite for families affected by cancer and offering holidays experiences where families can take a break from cancer treatment schedules to rest and reconnect".

Students are asked to bring a gold coin donation in return for wearing free dress. The Year 10 Leadership Team will be hosting stalls during lunch time, so please bring along a few extra coins to donate.
