Careers Report
On Monday 14 October our students attended the Mullum Cluster VET Awards evening. We were well represented in both categories of Merit and Excellence which is a great reflection of the commitment and dedication of our Scoresby Secondary Students to their chosen VET in schools area. The Mullum Awards represent students from 69 schools in the Eastern Corridor with over 1000 students, so our students should be very proud to be recognised.
We were also involved in the performances on the night with two groups from our Vet Music Performance course performing to a very large crowd. The feedback from both performances was fantastic. Thank you to the student performers and the behind scenes students who worked so well as a team to assist with set up, sound check, feedback to support their fellow students, fantastic team effort. And to our VET music staff Robin Czuchnowski and Chris Schurmann, who should be congratulated on the outstanding tuition and dedication to support these students to get to this level and the time commitment on the night.
A big congratulations to these students, and thank you to them and their families for attending what was a great night.
