SENIOR TRANSITION

Year 6 to Year 7 Transition

The Year 6 to 7 Transition process is underway.  Hopefully you have made or are very close to making the final decision about which high school you would like to apply to for your child in 2016.  There are still many schools to have their evening open session.  Even if you think you know which school is your 

preference, it’s always good to visit others to gather additional information. 

Transition packs will be distributed to students on Tuesday 21st April.  Please read all the information carefully.  Especially the cover letter about the ’Designated High School.’  These forms are due back at school no later than Monday the 18th May.

You’re welcome to come in and check out the Transition Information board in the Senior Building for flyers on available Open Nights.  Open Nights happening next week are 

Lilydale Heights College - Tuesday 28th April

Mooroolbark College - Wednesday 29th April

In May

Melba College - Monday 4th May

Lilydale High School - Tuesday 5th May
