You may notice a few changes in the Library……

We are re-organising the space to make it more accessible, with current and relevant resources for all. If there is something you’d like to see in the Library- please use the suggestion/request box, or have a chat to Ms.Jacques.

Work Experience is well underway with the Year 10 students. We have some Work Experience Placements available at the following places:

  • Monash School of Biological Sciences
  • Monash School of Physics and Astronomy
  • Chisholm TGF (Tech Games Fest)

There are some places becoming available with the School of Chemistry soon so students will need to keep an eye on their emails for more details.

Year 10 students do need to continue to look for other placements as securing one can be hard. Not all students will be fortunate enough to gain a work experience placement through the vacancies we are handling. If you need any help with work experience please come and see us in the Careers area.

If you have any questions please feel free to email Ms Carter, kirstine.carter@jmss.vic.edu.au or Mrs Whitty, kimberly.whitty@jmss.vic.edu.au. You can also come and see us anytime on the ground floor near the stairs under Flannery House. Ms Carter is at school every day and Mrs Whitty is available only on Thursdays.

Happy Reading!!

Cheers

Ms Carter &
