ISSF Singapore

Students attending  the recent ISSF were Angad Singh (Year 12), Parmis Hassani (Year 11), and Nicholas Green (Year 11), accompanied by Dr. Mel Denney and Peter Corkill. Five days of fun, new friends, adventures and, of course, plenty of science have come to an end. Thank you to all of the wonderful students, educators and principals who shared this experience with us. A special thanks to the principals, teachers and students of National Junior College, Singapore, for organising and hosting such a wonderful event.

Congratulations

As a current member of the Victorian State School Spectacular Orchestra I was privileged to have the opportunity to play at Government House in a string quartet on Wednesday the 13th of March.

I played alongside my friends Jeremy, Max, and Monica who attend Box Hill High School, McKinnon Secondary College and Victorian College of the Arts Secondary School respectively. We were playing as the entrance entertainment at the Global Education Symposium and we were able to meet and talk to many distinguished guests.

I thoroughly enjoy playing in a quartet and it was an amazing experience that I am very grateful for.
