St Joseph's P&F Fete 2021 - Official Launch!

The fete last year was a huge success.   The whole school community came together for a day of fun, fellowship and fundraising!

 

In view of the success of the 2019 event, at the recent Term 4 General Meeting the P&F made the decision to hold a fete again next year!  

 

The broad aims of the fete are again to provide an opportunity:

  • for everyone with a connection to the school to celebrate together
  • to raise funds to further enhance students' learning and play at St Joseph's.

The success of last year's fete was in large part due to the efforts of so many parents who volunteered to help organise the event and/or play a role on the day.  Fortunately, the 2019 Fete Committee put in place a framework to organise future events.   The work of the 2021 Fete Committee will be more straightforward as they will be able to follow and implement the framework which facilitated such a successful event in 2019.

 

Call for Volunteers!

 

As part of this official launch, the P&F is now calling for volunteers to join the Fete Committee.  Several parents have already volunteered to join the committee.  The full list of roles are set out below:

A role on the Fete Committee will only require a few hours time each month from March until September.  The P&F would be very grateful to any parent/carer who is able to join the Committee and help make next year's fete another great success!


Colour Run -  Donations & Sponsorship Forms 

 

Friday's Colour Run was a huge success! 

 

Seeing all students and teachers have so much fun was definitely a highlight of 2020. It was the best way to end a very hard year!

 

Thank you for collecting sponsorship donations. Don't forget you can still collect sponsorship donations until  Thursday. All pledges need to be paid through the events tab on Quick Cliq ASAP and no later than Thursday 3 December 2020. Don't forget once paid to please hand in all sponsorship forms. All donations will need to be added up for the students who raised the highest amount in their stage group. There are some amazing prizes to be won.


2020-2021 Entertainment Memberships

2019-2020 subscriptions have now expired. 2020-2021 purchases now available with new monthly specials.

 


December Lawn Mowing Roster

Please be familiar with social distancing and gathering requirements, and keep up to date with these before arriving at school to mow lawns. The lawns can wait, your civic responsibilities in light of COVID-19 and your own health are a priority.
