Canteen

Hi everyone

We're nearly there! I'm sure I'm not the only one looking forward to the Summer break.

Important Dates:

Canteen’s last trading day this year will be Wednesday 16th December and we will reopen next year on Wednesday 27th January.

Canteen's Christmas Lunch:   

 Thank you to the following helpers who worked busily at this weeks Christmas Lunch – Julie, Lori, Catherine and Jenna. It was a hectic day in the canteen, sending out 215 orders.                                                           

I hope the students enjoyed their Christmas treats.

Volunteers:                                                                                                                 A massive thanks, hugs, kisses etc. to all of the wonderful helpers who have worked in canteen this year. I am very thankful for you all and can honestly say I love working (and laughing) with you. Thank you to Jo Williams, Tara Carpenter and Lynne Young (also a Canteen Committee member) who have been canteen volunteers for a number of years and now have their youngest kids moving onto high school. Thanks ladies, you will be missed!

I'm still in desperate need for more helpers next year - please get in touch and help to keep our current menu available - I would hate to have to take our homemade options off the menu. I'll be working on the Term 1 Roster in the new year, so please contact me ASAP at: wendy.schilling@education.vic.gov.au Thank you.

Lastly, I would like to thank everyone who has supported canteen this year and wish all of the students, staff and the Rolling Hills community a safe and happy Christmas. Best of luck to our Year 6 students moving on to high school.
