Community Help Needed
Dear Clayfield Community,
As we plan for curriculum and enrichment opportunities for the rest of the school year, the English, Humanities and EALD department are looking to enlist the help of community members who have backgrounds in epidemiology and journalism. We believe that reaching out to community members with expertise in these fields will assist us in gaining valuable real word insight fostering engagement and interest in these topics with our students.
If you have a background in epidemiology and in particular, infectious disease transmission and management; or a background in journalism, in particular experience with magazine articles, we would love to hear from you. If you know someone who may be able to assist, please feel free to pass on this request. Ideally, we would love for interested community members to speak to small groups of students either in person or via zoom about their experience.

Winter Uniform
Just a reminder that as of Monday 22 May the winter uniform is compulsory.
We are happy to let you know that the missing sizes in the Fleece jumpers have now arrived in the Uniform Shop.
We will fill all preorders and have stock to sell for you from Thursday 18th May.

Jazz on the Green - Artist Announcement and Call for Sponsors
Clayfield College’s famous Jazz on the Green event is happening on Sunday 6 August and we are super excited to announce that our main attraction is world-renowned jazz musician James Morrison, performing with the James Morrison Quartet and special guest vocalist, Emma Pask. Also featured will be Clayfield College's Big Band, Brisbane Boys' College Big Band and the Brisbane City Big Band. Further details coming soon.
