Wow! What a busy week we’ve had in the Library. The first Book Fair for 2023 was a huge success! How wonderful to be able to set up our own 'Book Shop' at school for a few days. Lots of parents took the opportunity to purchase some great new books. Some students were lucky enough to win a voucher to spend at the Book Fair. The winners of the competition were;

Finally, a huge and heartfelt thank you to all those who purchased books at the Book Fair. We receive a commission from our sales which is spent resourcing our fantastic library. 

National Simultaneous Storytime 2023 Wednesday 24th May

National Simultaneous Storytime (NSS) is held each year. Every year a picture book, written and illustrated by an Australian author and illustrator, is read simultaneously around the country. The NSS has been running for 23 years and is always a colourful, vibrant, fun event that aims to promote the value of reading and literacy. This year the National Simultaneous Storytime will be held on Wednesday the 24th May and the story this year is The Speedy Sloth by Rebecca Young.
