Week 5 Award Winners

ATTENDANCE 

Our morning bell rings at 8:50am.  If the gate is closed when you drop off your child/ren then it means that the bell has already rung and you need to come to the office to sign them in. Please ensure your child arrives before 8:50am to avoid any unexplained late entries into Compass.  

It is a legal requirement that you log in to Compass to explain all absences within 7 days of your child being away from school, however it is so much easier if you attend to this on the day as soon as you receive the reminder.

Australian Dental  Health are visiting again

Dental forms have been  sent home with students. We do have some spare forms in the office if required.  Consent form collection & return deadline is next Monday 05/06/2023 so please fill in and return as soon as you can as the timeframe is quite short this year. 

This is a quick reminder that if you have registered for this event it is happening tonight!

School Photos

School photos have been dispatched today from Armidale so should be onsite by the end of the week and will be sent home with students. 

School Uniform

Students are  to wear  FULL WINTER UNIFORM to school. Winter uniform includes our school tie. 

 Award Winners

Reminder emails have been sent out today for the Activities levy, Athletics practices and the Athletics carnival.  Please attend to these permissions and payments as soon as possible or contact the office if you are having any issues and we will help you to sort them out. The activities levy covers the Athletics practices and the Athletics carnival as well. 

Attendance letters have also been sent out today for outstanding unexplained absences.  We really need you to explain your child's absence within 7 days however to catch everyone up with this task we 

To place an order for school uniforms via the Compass School Manager App, open the App on your device and click the menu (three stripes icon) option.  In the list, click 'Canteen'.

The Canteen screen has three tabs, Dashboard, Place Order and My Orders.  You can click the tab headers to go to it or swipe across to move between tabs.  The Dashboard tab will show you any upcoming orders. To place an order, move to the Place Order tab.  Click 'Select Date' and choose today's date.

Choose from the uniform menu to make your order.  Scroll through the available items and click on the one you would like to add to your order.  Adjust the quantity and then click 'Add Item'.  Continue adding items from the menu until you have added all you require.  At the bottom you will see the summary showing the number of items and the total.  Click 'Add Order' to proceed.  When you have finished creating orders, click the 'Confirm and Pay' option to proceed.  This will open the payment screen.

SCHOOL FEES

Term 2 fees have been issued by the Catholic Schools Office (CSO), Armidale with your BPAY details.     Regular payments can be set up directly from your bank account via BPAY or payments can be made through CompassPay.  If you have any queries regarding your school fees please don't hesitate to contact either Pauline or Tracey.

MEDICAL EXPIRY/UPDATES

Notifications went out on Wednesday, 24 May, 2023 via Compass for those students whom we require either a puffer for the classroom and/or updated medical information ie. current asthma plan.  Please check if you received a notification ARM- Medication Expiry Notification and access the attached letter to view what action we need you to take as soon as possible.

Please note all students with asthma require an in-date puffer and spacer in their school bag at all times.
