Monoceros House

With the year coming to an end Monoceros and all St John’s students have completed a varied year of learning. They have had to deal with a constant changing environment of learning at school, online learning from home and a mixture of both. What we have seen is our students continue to adapt and deal with these changes whilst focusing in on their learning and growing as individuals.

We had the opportunity to say farewell to our Year 12 students at the Year 12 Mass at St Patrick’s Cathedral and the Graduation dinner held at the MCG on Friday 26th November. A great night was had by all who attended.

With the year coming to an end, I would like to thank Venice Babao and Rita Kazona for the work they did as House Captains and I look forward to working with Laura Gardner and Cooper Marshall in 2022.

A massive thank you to Mr Yap, Ms James, Ms Keel, Mr Abdelahad, Mr Bullied, Mr Joachim and Ms Thomas for all their hard work throughout the year it is truly appreciated by all students of Monoceros and I.

The Monoceros Learning mentors and I look forward to welcoming our new Year 7’s and all students back to school in 2022.
