Years 7, 8 & 9 End of Year Rewards Day

This year, Staughton started a new incentive to reward students who are consistently displaying the correct behaviours as per our Behaviour Matrix, maintaining high attendance and showing learning progression in all their subjects. Each term, students who met this criteria have received invitations to attend a rewards afternoon.

Tuesday, the  22nd of November, is the final Rewards Day for 2016. Students who met the criteria in Years 7, 8 and 9 were given permission forms this week. Students will be attending a full day excursion watching a film at the Sun Theatre in Yarraville and having a BBQ lunch.

Students attending the Rewards Day met the follow criteria –

• Clearly meeting on their Term 4 interim report in all subjects.
• 95% attendance rate, and
• No incident or buddy reports throughout the term

The Teaching and Learning Team, together with the Student Operations Team, would like to congratulate those students who were invited to the Term 4 Rewards Day, and encourage all junior school students to set this as a goal for themselves next year.

Please note that classes are running on Tuesday, the 22nd of November, and it is considered a normal school day for all other students.
