Sustainability at St Raphael's

Walk to school month

October is walk to school month and this year St Raphael's have registered as a participating school.  

There are walk to school calendars hanging in every classroom so students can record how many times they walk, scoot or ride to and from school.

Active travel is great for our health and the environment so enjoy starting a healthy habit for life.

Year 5 /6

This week in sustainability the 5/6's are doing different jobs, here are some of them.

Alex, Lorenzo, Nicholas and Eden are decorating Super Scarecrow Bill.

Claudia and Madison are planting basil, capsicum and tomatoes.

Some 5/6s are making lemonade.

Cartia, Niamh, Olivia and Emily are planting succulents.

Kayla, Tessa, Charlotte and Lola are learning to drive a wheelbarrow.
